报告人简介：
Mei-Chih Hu is a Professor at the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, Co- Editor-in-Chief atTechnological Forecasting and Social Change, Advisory Editor atResearch Policy, Chair in Management Discipline for Taiwan’s Ministry of Science and Technology, and Research Fellow for advanced biohydrogen technology at APEC. Her research is in the areas of innovation system, intellectual property rights, and emerging technologies and markets.
