Zhineng Long is an assistant professor in the School of Economics and Management at Dalian University of Technology. he got his PhD degree in accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2024. His research interests include artificial intelligence and accounting, corporate finance, and corporate governance. His researches are funded by the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities. He has published several journal articles in International Review of Financial Analysis, Economic Modelling, Research in International Business and Finance, etc. His teaching responsibilities mainly include undergraduate courses, with a focus on Financial Analysis and Monetary and Financial History.

She obtained her Bachelor's and Ph.D. degrees in Software Engineering from the School of Software, Dalian University of Technology. Her primary research areas include data mining and analysis, academic big data, and innovation networks. In recent years, she has published over 30 English papers, including more than 10 papers as the first author in top data mining journals and conferences such as IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, Big Data Research, and SIGIR. Her papers have been cited over 1,000 times in total. She has applied for five national invention patents, with one granted and one software copyright obtained. She is currently presiding over one National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project, one Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Youth Project, and four provincial and municipal projects, and has participated in several National Natural Science Fund General Projects and educational technology research funds.

Zhang Zhenduo is an Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) at the Institute of Corporate Management, School of Economics and Management, Dalian University of Technology. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Harbin Institute of Technology and was a jointly trained Ph.D. student in the Department of Psychology at KU Leuven, Belgium. Over the past five years, he has served as the principal investigator for one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China's Youth Science Fund and three provincial or ministerial-level projects. His primary research interests include voice behavior, helping behavior, and career development. In recent years, he has published over 20 journal articles in prestigious outlets such as Journal of Business Ethics (FT50, ABS3), Personality and Individual Differences (ABS3), Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources (ABS2), and Journal of Management & Organization (ABS2). He has been awarded the National Doctoral Scholarship and the China Scholarship Council's Joint Training Scholarship for Doctoral Students. Currently, he is a member of the Academy of Management (AOM) and the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR). He also serves as a peer reviewer for SSCI journals including Psychological Reports, Internet Research, and Family Relations, as well as for Chinese journals such as Management Science, Nankai Business Review, and Management Review.

Xue Fanghong: Graduated from the Department of Applied Physics, Shenyang University of Technology in 2001. From 2001 to 2006, he pursued further studies at the Institute of Solid State Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, during which he completed his major coursework in the Department of Physics at the University of Science and Technology of China. He obtained a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics. Since July 2006, he has been engaged in teaching and research at Dalian University of Technology.
