    Yu Yang: Yu Yang is a professor in the School of Economics and Management and the Advanced Intelligence Research Institute at Dalian University of Technology (DUT). He got his PhD degree in Management Science and Technology from DUT in 2009. His research interests cover large-scale exact algorithms for classical optimization problems, production scheduling, unrelated parallel machines, drone swarm grouping and task allocation, and logistics distribution optimization. His researches are funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), China Postdoctoral Fund Special Funding Project, China Postdoctoral Fund, etc. With an H-index of 29, he has published more than 60 peer-reviewed SCI-indexed journal papers in INFORMS Journal on Computing (UTD 24), Transportation Science, European Journal of Operational Research, and Transportation Research Part B: Methodological, etc. He was honored with the "2015-2024 Best Paper Award" by Frontiers of Engineering Management, the journal of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

    Chao He is an Associate Professor in the School of Economics and Management at Dalian University of Technology (DUT). He received his PhD in Accounting from DUT in 2021. His primary research interest is in corporate governance and financial accounting, with a focus on two areas: (1) how firms adjust investment and financing decisions in response to macroeconomic policy uncertainty; and (2) the interdisciplinary application of methods such as complex networks and text analysis in corporate research. His research has been funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China (Youth Project), the Liaoning Provincial Development Research Program, the Think Tank Research Base of the Dalian Federation of Social Sciences (Major Project), and the start-up research grant for talent introduction at DUT.   • Zhang Zhenduo

    Zhang Zhenduo is an Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) at the Institute of Corporate Management, School of Economics and Management, Dalian University of Technology. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Harbin Institute of Technology and was a jointly trained Ph.D. student in the Department of Psychology at KU Leuven, Belgium. Over the past five years, he has served as the principal investigator for one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China's Youth Science Fund and three provincial or ministerial-level projects. His primary research interests include voice behavior, helping behavior, and career development. In recent years, he has published over 20 journal articles in prestigious outlets such as Journal of Business Ethics (FT50, ABS3), Personality and Individual Differences (ABS3), Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources (ABS2), and Journal of Management & Organization (ABS2). He has been awarded the National Doctoral Scholarship and the China Scholarship Council's Joint Training Scholarship for Doctoral Students. Currently, he is a member of the Academy of Management (AOM) and the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR). He also serves as a peer reviewer for SSCI journals including Psychological Reports, Internet Research, and Family Relations, as well as for Chinese journals such as Management Science, Nankai Business Review, and Management Review.

    Xue Fanghong: Graduated from the Department of Applied Physics, Shenyang University of Technology in 2001. From 2001 to 2006, he pursued further studies at the Institute of Solid State Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, during which he completed his major coursework in the Department of Physics at the University of Science and Technology of China. He obtained a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics. Since July 2006, he has been engaged in teaching and research at Dalian University of Technology. He has published over 30 papers in internationally renowned journals such as the Journal of the American Chemical Society, Nature Communications, Nanoscale, and Electrochimica Acta He has applied for 19 national invention patents, of which 9 have been granted.
