Recently, the paper titled Doing is believing: how the interplay among multimodal practices influences frame change, co-authored by SEM Professor Song Jinbo as the first author and Lecturer Song Lingchuan from Shandong Jianzhu University as the corresponding author, was published online in Organization Studies. Organization Studies is a leading journal in the field of organizational management and is among the FT50 top-tier international journals. Founded in 1980 and affiliated with the European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS), the journal holds extensive international influence in the field of social sciences.

This paper represents a phased achievement of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Major Project of the National Social Science Found of China led by Professor Song Jinbo's team. Furthermore, it is the first article in the 45-year history of Organization Studies, authored by a research team composed solely of scholars from the Chinese mainland.
