In 2024, School of Economics and Management aligned with evolving societal demands to rigorously implement the DUT’s talent development philosophy of "holistic growth, categorized excellence, and diverse talent development." Focusing on achieving high student employment standards, the School adopted innovative strategies and earned multiple accolades: Outstanding Unit of High-quality Undergraduate Employment, Outstanding Unit of High-quality Graduate Employment, and Excellent Unit in Student Employment Organization(2023-2024 Academic Year). Faculty members Wu Tong and Wen Xin were honored as Outstanding Contributors to Employment Services.
