应 ISIPS  2017会议主办方的 邀请，我单位 宋明秋老师  拟赴 日本（福冈）进行学术交流。现将该团组拟出访情况公示如下：

---------Invitation and Call for Paper of ISIPS  2017 ------------------

Dear distinguished faculties and researchers

The 11th International collaboration Symposium on Information, Production
and Systems (ISIPS 2017) will be held on Nov. 14th (Tue)- 16(Thu) at
Graduate School of Information, Production and Systems (IPS), Waseda
University located in Kitakyushu-city, Japan.

Aims of the symposium is to bring together faculties and researchers of
influential foreign universities who are joining collaborative research and
to promote a synergy collaborated research with the creation and exchange of
ideas related to information technology, production systems and integrated
systems.

We would like to invite you to the symposium and we also welcome you
to make research paper submission and presentation at the symposium.


Important Date (tentative) :

Abstract(max 500 words)      Submission due:  September  8
Final Paper (A4 max 4 pages)  Submission due:   October  10 
Registration due:                       October  17

介绍团组出访人员各自经费使用来源，并估算本次出访费用(帐号:1201-072006,负责人:宋明秋)：

国际旅费：1000人民币

住宿费：福冈14000日元×5天=70000日元约合人民币4200元

伙食费：10000日元×5天=50000日元约合人民币3000元

公杂费：5000日元×5天=25000日元约合人民币1500元

其他费用：申请签证等1700元人民币

合计：20500元人民币
